Constituency Development Fund (CDF)

CDF Branding Guidelines

The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development is pleased to
present the Branding Guidelines for the Constituency Development Fund
(CDF). The Guidelines are crucial for fostering trust and showing progress
of CDF projects and programmes in our communities. As a Ministry,
we understand the significance of effective branding in enhancing the
visibility and impact of the CDF as Government’s flagship programme
for inclusive growth and development at the grassroot level, thereby
stimulating local economic development within each constituency.

The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development (MLGRD) has developed the
CDF Communication Strategy to enhance information dissemination and engagement on the
implementation of the CDF. Over the years, the CDF has become a household name and is
recognised as the Government’s flagship programme for empowering people and building local
communities.
