Department of Human Resource and Administration
The department of Human Resources and Administration manages and develops human resources in order to improve performance. It also provides administrative and logistical support in order to facilitate the effective operations of the Local Authority as well as providing functional civic responsibilities to the community of Luano District.
The Department is responsible for the following functions:-
- Human Resource Management and Development
- Managing staff Establishment and Payroll
- Co-ordinate institutional Performance Management Package (PMP);
- Interpret and disseminate Conditions of Service;
- Staff development
- Staff discipline;
- Records Management;
- Secretarial Services;
- Office Management i.e. transport, cleanliness, security, accommodation and office maintenance.
